  1. Welcome to our 12 days Vietnam family tour! Your private driver and guide will meet you at Hanoi airport and then transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, take a short rest. Then your guide will walk you to the theatre to watch the Water Puppet Show, the most distinctive traditional folk stage show in Vietnam with a history of over 1,000 years.

    In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner with authentic Vietnamese cuisine at one of the best restaurants in Hanoi.

  2. Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is an ancient city rich in historical relics, and today you will be taken on an in-depth discovery of the city's past glory.

    Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum will be your first stop, then head to Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House and the Presidential Palace - a beautiful French building surrounded by gardens. After that, your guide will lead you to the One Pillar Pagoda, to tell you the legendary stories behind it.

    In the afternoon, you'll continue to the Temple of Literature, a quintessentially Chinese building dedicated to Confucius, and the Museum of Ethnology, a place to learn about the culture and history of Vietnam's ethnic minorities. Then, hop on a local rickshaw through the Old Quarter of Hanoi at a very leisurely pace to enjoy French architecture and strong folk customs.

    We'll finish the tour at around 4:00 pm, then you can be free for the rest of the time to relax in Hanoi.

  3. Your driver will pick you up at your hotel around 8:00 am and drive about 3.5 hours to Halong Bay, a World Heritage Site with incredible natural landscape.

    Board the cruise and you will be given a general tour itinerary and safety instructions. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the cruise's luxurious restaurant with the natural beauty of the canals. You can do whatever you want - lounge in the cabin with a view of the endless emerald sea through the large windows, or sunbathe on the top deck.

    In the afternoon, drop anchor in a harbor where you can kayak to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. Or swim and dive in the warm water. About an hour later, after reboarding the cruise and taking a short break, you'll take part in a unique cooking class to learn how to cook Vietnamese food. Enjoy a delicious dinner and a peaceful evening.

  4. Get up early to take photos of the amazing sunrise over the sea from the top deck and learn how to practice Tai Chi. After a cup of coffee or tea, explore the Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave in a rowboat. It is the largest and finest cave in Halong Bay. Continue cruising to a fishing village where you will see the unique lifestyle of the local fishermen.

    Enjoy a bumper brunch around 10:30 am, then your Halong Bay cruise comes to a perfect end at 12:00 noon. Your driver has already waiting for you at the dock and then escorts you back to your hotel in Hanoi. After you have packed your bags, your chauffee will meet you at the hotel to take you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, your driver will pick you up and drive you to Hoi An for the night.

  5. Around 8:30 am, ride a bike to the Tra Que Vegetable Village with your guide. Walk through quiet roads and vast rice fields; Learn how to grow and transplant vegetables and herbs from local farmers; Continue cycling through paddy fields and local markets until you reach the fishing village of Van Lang and Bay Mau Coconut Groves, known for serving the most seafood.

    We'll visit a local family, where we have a chance to taste special green tea and enjoy herbal foot baths. After lunch, you will be guided to the home of an experienced craftsman to watch and learn the process of making paper lanterns. Your hand-made paper lanterns make this trip unique and memorable.

  6. After breakfast, leave Hoi An for Ba Na Hills. Take the cable car with the largest drop in the world and stop at By Night Station to visit Vong Nguyet Hills, Linh Ung Pagoda, and the Old Villas of French. The cable car continues up to the top of Ba Na Hills - Nui Chua Mountain where you can visit Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden... Take a stroll on the Golden Bridge like a ribbon supported by a pair of giant hands, to capture the gorgeous view of Da Nang City.

    In the afternoon, immerse yourself in Fantasy Park, an indoor place for fun and games for the whole family. There are familiar Carnival rides like a carousel, but also some special things like the Jurassic Park area and even a wax museum.

    Around 3:00 pm, we drive from Ba Na Hills to Da Nang to catch a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be taken to the hotel to check in.

  7. Embrace a fresh morning of Ho Chi Minh City (former Saigon), and then drive 1.5 hours to cobweb-like Cu Chi Tunnels, once an underground battle tunnel system dug by villages and soldiers for more than 20 years for Vietnam to resist French rule. Today, visitors can visit a short section of the tunnels, kneel and squeeze underground, to learn about the lives of tunnel-dwelling resistance fighters.

    Lunch at a local restaurant, and then continue your trip to visit some historic landmarks, Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Saigon Post Office, and Chinatown. Finish today's tour with a visit to Ben Thanh Market, one of the few remaining buildings from the Saigon period, offering many souvenirs, T-shirts and other clothing as well as traditional handicrafts such as lacquer and embroidery.

    At the end of the tour around 4:30 PM, you will be transported to the hotel where you are free to relax.

  8. Today we start our journey along the Mekong River. Take a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Be, where you can visit the floating market in a traditional wooden boat. Feed your sight on dozens of the freshest tropical fruits like jackfruit and rambutan.

    Get off the boat and visit a local family on An Binh Island to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine, visit their orchards and listen to traditional folk music performed by local villages. Visit a local workshop to see how to make coconut candies, popcorn, rice paper...

    Take a bike ride on country lanes and stop at local schools, churches, and traditional houses to take photos. Visit a brick kiln where you can see the locals making beautiful pottery out of clay.

    The cruise will end at 3:30 pm in Vinh Long City. Then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.

  9. After breakfast, the driver will pick you up and take you to Mui Ne at the appointed time. In about 4 hours, arrive at Mui Ne to check in. The rest of the time is free for you.

    Mui Ne is a small fishing village with one of the most beautiful beaches in southern Vietnam - 50km of long beach, blue water and fresh coconut trees.

  10. Today, enjoy the pleasure of the jeep running over the dunes! Bau Trang Sand Dunes, also known as White Sand Dunes, is an oasis-like place where vast sand dunes cover much of the land. As you climb up the sand dunes, a huge lake will come into view. The lake glistens in the brilliant sun like a thousand diamonds. Your driver will show you the best spot to watch the sunset. Here you can hire quad bikes to discover the highest dunes.

    Then we head to Red Sand Dunes, where your kids can enjoy sandboarding. Then the driver will take you to visit a fishing village and learn about the interesting daily life of the locals. Later, we head to Fairy Stream, one of the most popular attractions in the whole of Vietnam due to the stream running through huge red, gold and silver sand dunes. Here we will take a round-trip hike of about 45 minutes to feel the comfort of our ankles in the cool water of the stream.

  11. Mui Ne's sunny year-round weather is good for any swimmer. Enjoy the day at your own pace. Lying on a beautiful beach with a soft breeze, look at the pure sea and blue sky. Get away from the noisy and indulge in peace.

  12. Today is the last day of your 12-day Vietnam family tour. After breakfast, at the agreed time, your driver will transfer you from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh airport for your return flight.
