  1. We are honored to have you on our 7-day tour of central Vietnam! You will be welcomed by your guide and driver at the exit of Da Nang Airport and then transfer to Hoi An, a small town boasting some of the densest sites in Vietnam, with its old streets bordered by quaint houses and assembly halls, pagodas, temples, and ancient wells.

    After check-in, you are free to explore this charming ancient town by yourself.

  2. In the morning, your guide will meet you at Hai Scout Cafe before heading to a local market to stock up on fresh ingredients for the cooking class you will be attending today.

    Board at Red Bridge and sail along Hoi An River for 25 minutes to reach our destination - Red Bridge Cooking School. After a short break, you are going to learn how to make authentic Vietnamese food for your lunch. You have a chance to watch chefs demonstrate their prowess in carving fruits and vegetables.

    After lunch, enjoy some leisure time. Walk through the narrow alleys to admire the unique architecture, which combines Vietnamese, Chinese, and Japanese features, including Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Hall, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the Old House of Tan Ky.

    In the evening, take a stroll at your own pace and discover the beauty of the old town.

  3. Today we will arrange for you to get close to the ecological life of local agriculture and fishing. Ride along rural roads and stop at a vegetable village to try hoeing, planting and watering vegetables.

    Afterward, take a boat tour of the river to meet local fishermen. You will have a chance to stand steadily in a circular basket boat and try casting nets under the guidance of local fishermen.

    In the late afternoon, follow the locals to learn how to make colorful lanterns, which can be a special souvenir for your beloved.

  4. Drive you from Hoi An to Da Nang airport via Marble Mountains, a great place to feast your eyes on breathtaking pictures of natural caves, unique pagodas, and rocky coastlines.

    Upon arrival at the airport, take a flight to Siem Reap. Check into the hotel after landing. Feel free to walk in the busy central area.

  5. Expect good weather in the early morning and catch the sunrise view at Angkor Wat. After breakfast, you will be led to visit the south gate of Angkor Thom to admire the majestic religious complex, including Elephant Terrace, Terrace of the Leper King, and Takeo "Jewel of Crystal".

    Then, move forward to your final destination - Ta Prohm Temple, which is swallowed by dense jungle. Many of the structures are covered with giant strangling figs and silk-cotton trees that grow on, around, and through the ancient stones.

    After all visits, dine in a typical restaurant, enjoying a traditional Apsara, a royal dance performance known for elegant gestures and colorful costumes.

  6. Drive to Kbal Spean, an Angkorian-era archaeological site, consisting of a series of stone relief carvings in sandstone formations of the river bed. It takes about 45 minutes to walk along the forested hillside to the central area that contains most of the carvings.

    After lunch, head to Banteay Srei. It is made of vermilion sandstone and filled with exquisite reliefs, known as the "Artistic Gem of Angkor". Then take a boat trip to Tonle Sap Lake, where you can see a lot of colorful floating wooden houses.

    Later in the afternoon, watch the sunset view from the Krom hilltop temple on your way back to the hotel.

  7. In the morning, you are free to explore one of the city's bustling open markets - Psah Chas, the oldest Khmer market in Siem Reap and a must-visit for those looking to experience the local lifestyle.

    Say goodbye to Cambodia and then you will be escorted to the airport for your onward flight. Hope you have a safe return journey!
