Itinerary

Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel or airport in Pakse. You’re highly recommended to book your accommodation in advance since we will depart early.

Embark on your trip to the Bolaven Plateau, home of major ethnic minorities and beautiful waterfalls. Thanks to the cooler temperature and rivers running off, the way to the Boloven Plateau is with views of lush forests, and thriving tea and coffee plantation.

Our first stop today is the tea plantations where you will learn the arduous tea processing and enjoy the stunning landscapes before you head to Thad Fane. Thad Fane is the gathering place of dramatic waterfalls (some are even 200 meters high), and breathtaking scenery of dense jungles.

Enjoy your picnic lunch around Thad Fane before you head to a coffee paradise to sip freshly–brewed Laotian coffee and observe the coffee roasting steps.

The day ends when you are welcomed by a local community and enjoy their traditional Baci Ceremony.

Get up in the early morning, and enjoy breakfast with hospitable hosts. Then head to Ban Nong Luang, from there you will start an awesome morning trek to Dan Noy Limestone cliffs. Its highlight is the 1000-year-old rosewood tree, then hike to the Tad Chet waterfalls before you ride a car/van back to Pakse.
