This 6-day tour will take you to Sihanoukville, Cambodia’s largest seaport. From there, take a speedboat to the destination of the tour – Koh Rong Island. Welcome to Siem Reap, the gateway to Angkor Wat. Upon arrival at the airport, your private driver will escort you to the hotel for check-in.

In the evening, enjoy dinner with a traditional Apsara Show, a royal dance performance known for elegant gestures and colorful costumes.

At around 7:00 am, avoiding the crowds, we head to Ta Prohm for a visit. This temple offers a spectacle of huge tree roots entwining the temple building. Continue your visit to Angkor Wat, which was once the capital of the ancient Khmer Kingdom and is now preserved with more than 600 historic sites. Ubiquitous megalithic carvings and intricate reliefs will feast your eyes.

After lunch, explore the mysterious Angkor Thom. It was the last capital of the Khmer Empire, repeatedly destroyed by war and rebuilt, and is the “heart” of Angkor monuments. The city has a total of five gates, above which are four Buddha statues facing all directions.

From the south gate to the north to the center of the city, you will see the Bayon Temple, a magnificent and important building where you’ll find the famous carving of the Khmer Smile. Further, visit the Baphuon Temple, Elephant Terrace, Terrace of Lepper King, and Royal Place area.

Take the morning flight to Sihanoukville. Upon arrival at the airport, your private guide will pick you up and transfer you to the dock, where you will take a boat to Koh Rong Island, the second largest island in Cambodia with azure waters, swaying palm trees, pristine sandy beaches, and gentle ocean breezes.

Today is yours at leisure. There are many spectacular tourist attractions (sandy beaches, bars & nightclubs) and a wide range of activities on Koh Rong Island.

You can indulge in fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, hiking, boating, kayaking, cooking lessons, quad bike tours, jungle expedition, or just get a comfortable massage in the spa.

Today is still free for you. Enjoy swimming and sunbathing during the daytime, and marvel at the glowing plankton along the beach at night times, sparkling like a starry sky all around you.

Get up early and have breakfast, then check out around 7:00 am. Take a speedboat to the pier in Sihanoukville. And then your private driver will escort you to Phnom Penh! That’s it for your 6-day Cambodia itinerary.

If your time permits, you can go to the Central Market by yourself. a French-style indoor market known as “Phnom Penh’s Art of Living Museum.” There is a wide variety of goods, from handicrafts and daily necessities to fresh food.
